How do I activate my Tesla FSD beta? ›

To enable, shift your vehicle into PARK and tap Controls > Autopilot > Traffic Light and Stop Sign Control (Beta), then engage Traffic-Aware Cruise Control or Autosteer.

Tap “view details” to pull up your vehicle's software information. It will say “Full Self-Driving Capability” and/or “Autopilot” in the “view details” list. If you don't see any reference to either of these settings, your vehicle has no autopilot or FSD features.

FSD Beta is an SAE Level 2 driver support feature that can provide steering and braking/acceleration support to the driver under certain operating limitations.

Full Self-Driving (Beta) is now available for all eligible @Tesla vehicles in North America. 🎉 So if we are one of the lucky people in FSD beta who is still stuck on 2022 software…

Tesla only tells you that you will get audible and visual warnings when you are in danger of a forced disengagement. If this continues too long, you will get a forced disengagement. At that point you will lose FSD Beta until you stop, put the car in park, and then resume driving.

Tesla may remove Full Self-Driving (FSD) (Supervised) from your new vehicle if we determine in good faith that you've breached any of these terms or made any misrepresentation about FSD (Supervised) on your current vehicle.

You must be an FSD user (paid in full or by subscription) to request Beta. Navigate to Autopilot -> “Request Full Self Driving Beta” (the Tesla FSD Beta button), and accept terms and conditions.

To enable Navigate on Autopilot, touch Controls > Autopilot > Navigate on Autopilot (Beta). Then, to customize how you want Navigate on Autopilot to operate, touch Customize Navigate on Autopilot: Enable at Start of Every Trip: Choose whether to automatically enable Navigate on Autopilot for every navigation route.
